1. Boutique Stylist & Client Experience Associate
Locations: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles
Type: Full-time / Part-time
You are the heart of our in-store experience.
As a Lunelle Boutique Stylist, you’ll guide clients through pieces that carry our story — helping them feel elegant, confident, and understood.
What you’ll do:

Provide warm, personalized styling and guidance

Maintain boutique presentation and product displays

Support daily operations (stocking, fitting rooms, POS)

Bring Lunelle’s values of comfort, grace, and quiet luxury to life

2. Customer Care & E-Commerce Support
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Our online clients deserve the same warmth and attention as those who step into our boutiques.
You’ll be part of the team that ensures every message and every order is handled with care.
Responsibilities:

Respond to client emails with clarity and empathy

Process returns, exchanges, and order questions

Coordinate with logistics and marketing

Identify opportunities to improve the client journey
Requirements:

Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred

Excellent written communication

Detail-oriented, calm, and solution-driven
3. Visual Content & Design Creative
Location: Remote or NYC HQ
Type: Full-time
Lunelle thrives on storytelling.
From boutique displays to digital campaigns, your work brings our world to life.
Responsibilities:

Create elegant visual assets for social, campaigns, and website

Maintain Lunelle’s soft, premium aesthetic

Collaborate closely with founders on seasonal identity

Support boutique and packaging design concepts
Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Suite or Figma

Strong eye for detail & composition

Experience in fashion/beauty/luxury is a plus

Portfolio required
