1. Boutique Sales Associate (Multiple Locations)

Locations: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles
Type: Full-time / Part-time

As a Boutique Associate, you are the face of Lunelle New York. You will create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience that reflects our commitment to elegance and authenticity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal styling advice and expert assistance to each client.

  • Maintain an immaculate store presentation and display standards.

  • Support boutique operations, from restocking to POS management.

  • Represent Lunelle’s values of grace, quality, and care.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or fashion experience preferred.

  • A passion for women’s fashion and styling.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Weekend availability required.

2. E-Commerce & Customer Care Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Full-time / Part-time

Join our online operations team and ensure every online client enjoys the same personalized experience as in-store.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Manage online orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

3. Graphic Designer (Remote / NYC HQ)

Location: New York City or Remote
Type: Full-time

Help bring the Lunelle brand to life through stunning visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate with our founders and marketing team to produce cohesive, elegant designs across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visuals for online campaigns, boutique displays, and social media.

  • Maintain brand consistency and luxury aesthetic.

  • Translate creative concepts into impactful digital assets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

  • A refined eye for composition and detail.

  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle branding preferred.

  • Portfolio required.
