Return Conditions

You may submit a return request only after receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them for extended use is not.

Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Request your return by contacting us at care@lunelleny.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner (located in Asia).

Ship your item back at your own expense, including any customs or courier charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the parcel as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
