Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once tracking shows that your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact your local carrier immediately and notify our Customer Support team within 3 days.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours after placing your order.
